EverTech Has a New Warehouse — and It Changes What We Can Do for You

We've moved into a new 1,800 sq ft facility in Waltham, MA — and with it comes real, meaningful improvements to how we serve businesses across Greater Boston. More space means higher volume capacity, expanded services, better drop-off availability, and more flexibility to take on larger and more complex projects. Here's what that means for you.

Why the new space matters

As EverTech has grown, so have the projects we're asked to take on: larger office cleanouts, higher-volume device refreshes, data center decommissions, and clients who need same-week turnaround on tight timelines. The previous space worked well for a long time, but it put a ceiling on what we could realistically handle at once.

The new Waltham facility — still just minutes from where we operated before — gives us the room to do more, move faster, and offer services we couldn't reliably deliver before. Still the same team, same standards, same pricing approach. Just more capacity behind it.

What's improved

Higher volume capacity

We can now intake, stage, and process significantly more equipment at once — which means larger projects don't require waiting for a scheduling window to open up.

Better drop-off availability

The new space gives us proper staging for drop-off clients. If you'd rather bring equipment to us than schedule a pickup, that's a much smoother experience now.

New and expanded services

More space has allowed us to expand what we offer — including on-site hard drive shredding, office closing packages, and larger ITAD projects that require more processing room.

Faster turnaround

Better organization and more staging room means equipment moves through processing more efficiently — less waiting between pickup and documentation delivery.

Drop-off is now a real option

One of the more practical improvements: if you're a business in the Greater Boston area and you have a modest amount of equipment to recycle, you can now bring it directly to our Waltham facility rather than waiting on a scheduled pickup. The new space has proper intake and staging for drop-off clients, which makes the whole experience more straightforward.

Drop-off works well for businesses doing a small device refresh, clearing out a storage closet, or disposing of equipment on their own schedule. Data destruction is available for drop-off clients as well — drives can be shredded at the facility with full documentation.

Want to drop off?

Give us a call or send an email before you come in so we can confirm timing and make sure we're set up to receive you. It's a quick conversation — (617) 302-6306 or support@evertechma.com.

What we can take on now that we couldn't before

The honest answer to what's changed: we can say yes to more things. Specifically:

  • Larger office cleanouts — Full-floor or whole-building projects that generate a high volume of equipment in a short window
  • Higher-volume device refreshes — IT teams cycling through large batches of laptops, desktops, or servers more frequently
  • Data center decommissions — Projects that require staging and processing significant quantities of servers, storage, and networking equipment
  • Office closing packages — Electronics removal, shredding, data destruction, and asset inventory handled as a single project
  • Gaylord box programs for commercial properties — Drop-off containers placed at office buildings for ongoing tenant use, with regular pickup and processing

Still the same team — just more room to work

EverTech is still a hands-on operation. That's not changing. What's changing is our capacity to handle the scope of work Greater Boston businesses actually need — without compromising on documentation, chain of custody, or turnaround time. The new facility is a platform for growth, not a departure from how we've operated.

If you've worked with us before and had a project we couldn't fit in, or if you've been looking for a local ITAD and recycling partner that can handle larger volume — now's a good time to reach out.

Still in Waltham

We're still based in Waltham, MA — the new facility is just minutes from our previous location. Same service area, same team, same contact information. Nothing changes on your end except what we can do.
